Ingredients

Mascarpone cheese 250g
Ladyfinger cookies 16
Sweet Marsala wine 25g
Espresso 30g
Egg yolks 3
Fresh cream 250g
Granulated sugar 60g
Cocoa powder some
Geltin slice 3
Icing sugar some



Method

1, Add fresh cream to a bowl, and stir it until medium fermented, and put it in the refrigerator



2, Mill the coffee beans into powder



3, Add the powder into 200 grammers of water and boil, pour coffee out and make it cool



4, Put the geltins in cold water, and soften them, and take out egg yolks from eggs



5, Add 50 grammers of granulated sugar, and whisk the egg yolks until they became a light and fluffy cream.



6, Add 10 grammers of granulated sugar in 20 grammers of boiled water



7, Pour it to the egg yolks cream, and whisk briefly until it was well blended.



8, Take out the soften geltins, and sqeeze the water out, and melt them in a saucepan



9, Pour it in the egg yolks cream, and whisk them to be well blended



10, Add the mascarpone cheese into the egg yolks cream



11, Whisk them to be well blended



12, After cool, add 15 grammers of wine



13, Whisk well, take out the cream from refrigerator and put it into egg yolks cream



14, Whisk until it become cream



15, Pour 10 grammers of wine into the coffee



16, Put the ladyfinger cookies in the coffee and take them out one by one



17, Put 8 cookies into the bowl as first layer



18, Add half of the cream to the cookies as second layer, make it smooth



19, Put ladyfinger cookies again as third layer



20, Add the another half of the cream to the cookies as forth layer



21, Smooth it out



22, Cover it with a lid or fresh-keeping film, and put it into refrigerator to chill at least 12 hours



23, Take it out from refrigerator, and split it from the bowl with a knife



24, Take it out from the bowl



25, Sieve a layer of cocoa powder on the surface



26, After finished, stay it ready to be used



27, Take a copy paper, and print out the word of "Tiramisu"



28, Hollow out the letters and two hearts



29, Put the hollowed paper on the tiramisu, sieve the icing sugar on the top



30, Put the hollowed paper with hearts on the tiramisu, and sieve the icing sugar on the top



31, Remove the paper



32, Cut it into blocks, and serve
